Talk about a complicated transaction!! We were in Mexico when our grandaughter totaled our car in Michigan - we needed replacement. He walked us through all the requirements, and Fed Ex'd the necessary documents for us to sign. Then he "hand carried" the documents through the "system". We are now the proud owners of a previously owned Toyota!! Since we are still in Mexico, our daughter picked up the car.
