I asked about it when I got the bill which was followed by "your credit card, please". I asked again. I was told the service guy would need to explain. The explanation is that any parts such as clothes, tools are charged to the customer. This is new to me. I have never seen this before anywhere. The review was sent to my husband saying I should review this. In the 2000s do we still beleive that the man owns this car when I bought it and paid for it. Unbelievable. BTW, this is not the first time I have mentioned that this is my car and they should send things to me. I am being kind to give this a 4 star. More
As a long time customer of the Suburban Brand and of the family that owned it I was mortified to find out that customer service is no longer a priority. I had reached a written agreement to one of their sa family that owned it I was mortified to find out that customer service is no longer a priority. I had reached a written agreement to one of their sales agents who was a wonderful agent to work with, and as my son who car is was to be was blocks away from dropping off the documents requested by the agent after we agreed on the deal and money, Oleg sold the car to a person in Ohio and told me he was sorry but did not know that his sales agent had agreed in writing with me prior. The supervisor then tells me to bad as the buyer is on his way up from Ohio nothing can be done. Hmmm. OK there goes all the prior sales, hard work of the great employees and prior owners. Top it all off no one can call back outside of the sale agent who got ran over by Oleg. Hopefully the buyer from Ohio can influence and refer as many as our family have over the years. One thing is for sure, the prior ownership never would have allowed this to get to the point where I had to even right this! More
