Bought Volvo and yes I know it's a used car but paid about $30k for the car had it a month and a half and drove 1500 miles and antifreeze leaked everywhere. I'm 3 hours away from them. Then after I had it repaired and called them back and sent the invoice they said oh you should have let us pick up the car on our roll back and let us fix the car, we won't pay after a shop repairs? Well that was never offered to me at all was just told take it to a shop. So much for doing business with a nice Christian shop... If I was told this from the beginning I would have let them pick up the car and had them repair the car... it was never offered I feel it was just something for them to say after the fact cause they didn't want to pay to beginning with... Tengo un vehículo Hiunday Tucson 2019. Fue muy mal y el motor se rompió. Este concesionario reconoció mi coche el 19 de diciembre de 2023 y lo llevó para verificar la garantía. Y después de varios días lo llevaron al motor pohanca en FREDERISBURG exactamente el 5 de enero de 2024. Desde el día del daño, solo me dicen que sea paciente y nada más. He pagado cinco cuotas de 400 dólares en cuotas más cien seguros sin poder disfrutar de mi vehículo. Tampoco me dieron la opción de un coche de préstamo. La verdad es que no recomiendo a estos distribuidores porque cuando te van a vender te tratan como a un rey. pero el postventa es muy malo. No te ayudan en nada. Además, nunca entiendo que los coches Hyundai son los peores. Y la garantía es peor. No contact regarding those issues after the sale. Stay away from Zoya, a younger female salesperson with little or no knowledge of how proper car sales works. Even after speaking with the owner, Will about negotiating a price; we were never contacted after the sale. $400 for a 2nd fob, and $89 for a new set of Owners manuals is ridiculous and should have been the dealers responsibility, not ours… More

I usually don’t write reviews but I have seen some negative reviews on Sullivan auto and wanted to provide my perspective. I will say that reading some of the negative reviews worried me as I went through the process but can say with confidence that they were a pleasure to do business with and I would definitely buy from them again. I live in Boston and was purchasing a 2020 Land Rover Discovery from them. The price was definitely the best I saw out there. But since I was buying remotely, they allowed me to get an independent mechanic to do a full inspection and the car came back with good marks (just some minor issues which Sullivan fixed). I was getting the car delivered to Charlottesville which Sullivan took care of and made it very seamless. We’ve only had the car for a couple of weeks but so far so good. The only issue I would bring up is sometimes it was hard to get in touch with people while going through the process and that extended the timeline out a bit but that was a relatively minor issue. ***ALERT*** Stay away from this place. I bought a car with many issues that turned up even though it was priced as if it was on par with similar models of the same year (2020). Also, I found this car after 2 weeks of many house of researching everywhere from Facebook, Offer up, Craigslist, Auto trader, Car guru, Auto sales, etc. PROS: -They let me took the car to a mechanic for an inspection (I did a pre purchase inspection). - They did replace the steering rack that they promised me they were going to change. - Based on the current market, price was fair at first impression. (Miles was 102k miles, which is not easy to find) - $500 off sale price CONS: - They delivered the vehicle to me with expired temporary tags - They forgot to include the new temporarily tags - They were continuously lying or giving me wrong information such as your title is on its way, the next day they were saying something different like it is going to take 7 days. - They promised me they were going to take the care to pass Maryland Safety Inspection but they did not do it. - I took care of the Maryland, the 1st time it failed (I spent around $500 just in parts taking care of everything and this is because my friend is a mechanic. (Remove rear window tint, replace wiper blades, replace caliper, rotor and breaking pads on rear passenger, and replace battery negative cable) * I will do an update of this review after I do the first oil change. What a racket of place of business. Spoke to the manager and got the documents sent, drove 3.5 hours to finish the deal and they sold the car. Get a call back 1.5 hours later from the Manager claiming the vehicle was sold. We are probably better off if this is how they treat their customers or possible customers. Wouldn’t have expected this from a reputable business. Guess since we aren’t locals it doesn’t matter! More

I inquired with Sullivan Auto Trading about a Honda Pilot I was interested in purchasing. All contact on their end took over 24 hours to respond back, but, they were responsive so I went ahead and started th I was interested in purchasing. They had me send photos of my trade, took all my information, RAN MY CREDIT, told me I was approved, had me send more info through email, etc. After Will told me I was approved, he said it was a brand new addition on the lot and had not gone through the shop yet. Ok, fair. Then...... nothing. So, I reached back out 2 days later to find out if it was ready for sale and was told the vehicle was already sold. Poor customer service and terrible communication. They SHOULD NOT be running peoples credit, approving people for a sale, and taking personal information if they do not intend to hold up on their end of the sale. If I could give negative stars I would. More

I test drove it and noticed when in sport mode, the car had problems shifting. Mentioned it to them and they all looked at me like i was crazy. They went and drove it and said it was fine. Gave them the benefit of the doubt; shouldnt have. They gave a warranty that conveniently only lasted the amount of miles it took for me to drive it back home. They were hesitant to drop the price when i asked. And here I am with stuck with whatever this repair is just 1 week from purchasing it. They act like they care but they dont. More
