I have owned over 20 Cadillacs and this XT5 was the first one that ever had a major problem. One night, it just shut down while driving in my community in Gainesville, Florida about 40 miles away from first one that ever had a major problem. One night, it just shut down while driving in my community in Gainesville, Florida about 40 miles away from Sullivan Cadillac I called Cadillac Roadside Assistance and within an hour a flatbed tow truck picked up my car and took it x down to Sullivan Ii was called that Sullivan had closed for the night but my car was placed in a secure area. The next morning right after the dealership opened, I received a phone call from Jaime Daigle - a Service Advisor. She had me give the list of complex issues. She then informed me they would hook up the car to their diagnostic computer and once they had had all the facts, she would call me with status updates up to and including when the car would be returned to me. The most renowned Cadillac dealership in the USA Is Sewell Village Cadillac in Dallas. I lived in Dallas area and purchased or leased 14 Cadillacs from them. Their Customer Service Department was better.than what one who owns a Cadillac should expect to get. Sullivan Cadillac exceeded my expectations with their rapid professional handling of status reporting and rapid repair expertise. The next day they delivered my fully functional Cadillac, washed and detailed back to me. My experience exceeded any expectations I had. So much so, ii would give them not 5 stars but 15.stars. Service department was asked to check on auto stop feature. When asked said they hadn't, spent 15 minutes allegedly "checking for a bulletin" and said there was none, then offered to get car in to ch feature. When asked said they hadn't, spent 15 minutes allegedly "checking for a bulletin" and said there was none, then offered to get car in to check in an hour and a half. Did I mention they didn't bother to dry the car after the wash? More
