I had a check list of items that I wanted service to look at/repair in addition to routine maintenance on my 2021 XT5.When my car was “Completed” and keys were returned I realized that I had not been given a at/repair in addition to routine maintenance on my 2021 XT5.When my car was “Completed” and keys were returned I realized that I had not been given a receipt or completed work order so I requested one. Upon receipt I realized that no routine maintenance had been done nor had all of my check list items been completed. The only thing that I had been made aware of was a $400+ sensor that needed to be replaced. When asked about my high beam lights I was told that I would need to bring the car in when it was dark so that they could take it on the road 🤦🏽♀️. Needless to say I was not pleased with the service that I received. I have been a customer since 2012 and have never had such poor service as I had on this visit. Based on this visit I would not recommend this service center although past experiences were much better. More
Serviced my car for an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment. Waited for it as service rep indicated it would only take an hour and a half. My car has been in there twice within a couple weeks for a check engine light. They were unable to diagnose the problem saying they are waiting for further guidance. This is the third or fourth time I’ve complained about the blind spot indicator not performing correctly. Every time I’m told that they can’t duplicate the problem and there is no code to tell them what i the blind spot indicator not performing correctly. Every time I’m told that they can’t duplicate the problem and there is no code to tell them what is wrong. My complaint is how is code generated if there is nothing to tell the computer that something wrong. If the indicator doesn’t see a vehicle when one is there or it sees a vehicle when there’s nothing there how does the computer know to create a code? It’s like someone can’t make change if the computer doesn’t tell them how much. Someone needs to dig into it and find out where the problem is and fix it. I paid for this convenience and I would like for it to work. The service advisor told me to just don’t trust it!!! What else on a Cadillac should I not trust??? More
it took 2 hrs to complete a oil change and tire rotation. i have a extended warranty. good for 48 months service wrier says it has expired, so had to pay for the service.
