Purchased a 2015 nissan murano at the very beginning of april 2026. Transmission went out 3 weeks after, brought it in. They ran me around for 3 hours telling me i needed "loaner car coverage" in order to drive off with the unserviced kia soul. That coverage does not exist and the office manager Lisa and the other lady could not give me 1 insurance company that provides the coverage. She sat there and reconfirmed full coverage definitions and pretended all of a sudden i met the compliance. They dangled the keys at me. They told me 3 weeks ago the new transmission was getting put in. Tony says creepy and unhelpful men have been there for 30 years. juan whatever his name is , 1 of the many short old fat men there, asked to take me on a date both times i unfortunately went there. The whole office sat and watched me try to get insurance that doesnt exist for hours. Next step is to go to local media and leaving room for the wrath of God amen. More

**Extremely Disappointing Experience from Sales to Service** Our experience with this dealership was frustrating from beginning to end. I highly recommend doing a *very* thorough inspection of any vehicle — inside, outside, and even underneath — before finalizing anything. Be cautious: our salesperson was less than transparent, going so far as to leave the keys in the car instead of handing them over, only for us to discover there was no key fob included. The service department is severely backed up. If you need repairs, be prepared to wait weeks — and don't assume it'll be fixed right the first time. We had to return our vehicle three weeks later to address issues that should've been resolved initially. We were promised a *new* radio head unit, but were instead given a *used* one with fewer features than what we originally had. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I asked to speak with the manager who oversees both sales and service. Instead, I was handed off to the sales manager, who said he would pass along the message and that “Mike” (the overall manager) would call me the next day. I’m still waiting to hear from Mike. **Lesson learned. Be careful, ask questions, and document everything.** More
If i can leave no stars I would , let me start out with the vehicles they sell at this dealership look good from the outside inside but the motors are bad second case of a vehicle that I bought from here w the vehicles they sell at this dealership look good from the outside inside but the motors are bad second case of a vehicle that I bought from here where the vehicle has issues one vehicle a transmission, second vehicle belonging to my son the motor goes out after only having it for 6 months he maintenance every time it needed. But here’s the kicker one of the saleman after i trusted him we have friendship from high school, advised me to get a warranty knowing the company wasn’t gonna fix it because the incident happened and they told Me to get a warranty. So my son waited another 2 months and a half with no car now i have Sullivan Motors calling to pick it up their service lot. Because Dan no longer works there told me to leave it there till i find a motor so they can fix so Dan doesn’t work there anymore whoever is in charge wants the car out of there because they cant make money of fixing it .This is the last time i buy a vehicle from them and please dont buy from them. More
