He was a very funny guy as well, very entertaining through the tedium of financing logistics. The thing that makes this place outstanding though, is a guy named Jay who identified himself as a general manager. When we had a problem with the Jeep, he was on it, he called me immediately and reassured me that they would take care of it. There was a bit of time involved on his part, but he was incredibly helpful, polite, reassuring, and in the end, he did EXACTLY what he said he would.
