Service Department, Customer Service is Job #1 I purchased a SVU at the end of January and the Sales Department did a fantastic job to please us! My review is now for Service Department which is 5 stars! The Service Manager really takes ownership in his job! Talking about going the distance he sure does! It would of been easy to put me off, Mathew took pride in taking care of me. Once again some people can complain and they may never be happy. But as for my self and my wife we have nothing but high praises for SULLIVAN MOTOR COMPANY! Keep up the good work! More

Bought a 2008 jeep wrangler 5 months ago They give you a 3 month warranty. 5 days after the warranty expired the clutch throw out bearing went costing me 1800 dollars for a new clutch and sl They give you a 3 month warranty. 5 days after the warranty expired the clutch throw out bearing went costing me 1800 dollars for a new clutch and slave cylinder. A week later I went to fill up and grass started poring out all over the place. Another 300 to get it fixed.. called Sullivan and they pretty much told me to go to xxxx.. Stay away from this place. They will rip you off on interest rates, price and quality. More

WORST EXPERIENCE... 6 weeks later & still a nightmare NEVER EVER EVER do business with this company. Our experience has been a nightmare (and I'll just give you the top 2 reasons it's been awful). 1. W NEVER EVER EVER do business with this company. Our experience has been a nightmare (and I'll just give you the top 2 reasons it's been awful). 1. We are over 6 weeks out on trading in our old vehicle and this company STILL had not paid off our old loan so we are still paying on it. I have called finance multiple times and no one is calling me back. This dealership is obviously doing shady things with their loans and floating money. 2. When we purchased the vehicle we knew there was an issue with the spark plugs and cam phaser. At the time, the dealership agreed to replace it. Well.... replacing it turned into a nightmare. We had to take the car in 3 different times to try and get it fixed. And each time we brought it down we had to wait around (with our two young kids)... and while we waited no one spoke with us (as in there were 10 men in the room playing on their phones and no one even said hello or asked us if we could be helped). We finally got the car fixed, and on the drive home someone flagged my husband down on the freeway because liquid was leaking everywhere. He pulled off the freeway and he discovered that antifreeze is what was leaking everywhere because one of the coolant lines from the radiator had a hose clamp that hadn't been tightened properly so the line got hot and blew off. This led to antifreeze being sprayed all over the engine and ground. Lastly, the men at this establishment do not treat women right. They would only speak to my husband about the sell/purchase of the vehicle and acted like I was not their equal. More
