I'm at a loss of words for how great this purchase went. I don't like doing reviews and rates, so the fact that I'm actually doing one says a lot. I've needed an upgrade from my old Chevy cavalier for a I don't like doing reviews and rates, so the fact that I'm actually doing one says a lot. I've needed an upgrade from my old Chevy cavalier for awhile now, but when the head gasket on it blew, I was forced to speed up my buying process. I dread dealerships, and I went into this one with that feeling of anxiety, but as soon as I got there I was greeted by Shane who instantly put me at ease. Before we started even looking at vehicles he was explaining to me that even though my old Chevy was busted, his company would still take it on trade, something I never expected. He then took me out to his lot and started asking me what I was specifically looking for in a new car. The incredible part was how much the guy knew about every make and model, and showed me at least 5 different vehicles with the options I needed. After spending a good 2 hours showing me vehicle, I fell in love with a Chevy Silverado. Before I knew it Shane had me approved and after a bit of negotiation I agreed to buy the truck that day. Even though we both had to bend a little to get to a deal I never felt pressured or forced into it. Seriously, I never thought I'd be this happy with a car purchase. Go see Shane. Stand-out experience from one of the sales guys Went in to check out some pre-owned cars, mostly just to see what they had. Honestly, I didn't really have very high expectations as the place seemed somewhat old fashioned. I was expecting the cliche sleezeball type car salesmen that just breathe down your neck, trying to pressure you into a sale. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Shane "The Cowboy", one of the sales guys there, who was completely opposite of what I had expected. He wasn't pushy or anything like the typical fast-talking car salesman we've all grown to dread. As far as the dealership goes, it isn't too bad of a place. They seem to have fair pricing and a large inventory but really what sold me on the place was the great service I received from Shane. If you visit this dealership I would highly recommend asking for him. He's really knowledgeable about the cars, respectful and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want but rather helped me find what I wanted by asking me the right questions to help me figure out what vehicle would be best for my needs and still fit my budget. More
