Let me just start with my TL:DR; I loved the experience i had when shopping with this company. They treated me very well and showed me everything within my budget and what i was looking for. "The King" Nano, was one of the best upfront salesmen I've ever delt with. My truck buying experience wasn't just a 1 day endeavor. I was shopping for weeks before i even came into SMC. Nano approached me in a very friendly manor and read my demeanor. The way he talked about pricing and its all about what i want. There was no pressure when i gave him a very wide price range to hit the top of the range. He showed me everything he could in the price range, even if it wasn't what i was looking for, he knew the more he showed me the more i could explain what i needed/wanted. When showing at the top of my price point he listened to my concerns, when showing at the bottom of my price points he listened to my needs. We eventually ended up on the perfect truck for me and my family. He is no push over during negotiations but he is a human and wants to make a sale as much as you want to make a deal. Come at him with honestly, transparency, and respect and i promise you, you will get NOTHING but that in return. Thank you Nano! Part duex: Ms. May over in the maintenance/repair department. She made sure every question i had about the truck, every concern i had, every single small neurotic thing i needed was taken care of. Not only did she do all this, she did it with a smile and REAL customer service. Not the BS you see in retail chains where they are super fake and nice to your face. She was real and had real answers and real responses. Part of my purchase was getting maintenance afterword for some upgrades. She was in constant communication with me and made sure i was taken care of every step of the way. She is an important part of the team at SMC and she was intrigue to making my purchase experience one of the best i have ever had. Thank you so much!!! 3. SMC was one of the best sales companies i have ever dealt with. I went to over 30 dealerships and drove over 100 trucks in the process of finding this perfect truck for me. 12/10 would recommend. If you are having ANY DOUBTS/concerns ANYTHING, be up front with them. Tell them hey man this is scarry, i promise you will be met with open arms and they will help you through the process. They care more about MAKING SURE YOU ARE HAPPY than then do a sale. They will make sure you are taken care of in a non pressuring way. More
