Service Department Bought a car a couple months back. No issues until the summer heat hit(A/C needed a quick charge) . Lies, Lies, Lies! Worst Dealership ever! I called about a vehicle and gave them my info. They PROMISED me that I was approved so I went down and after an hour and a hal Worst Dealership ever! I called about a vehicle and gave them my info. They PROMISED me that I was approved so I went down and after an hour and a half of them wasting my time showing me vehicles I did not want to see they finally showed me the one I wanted. After five more hours of simply waiting to sign papers I walked out and there customer service was terrible. One week later they called me and needed me to come back in. I go in and they want to double my interest rate and raise my monthly payment by $200 dollars. I said No and told them I wanted my money down back. They said sorry no refunds... What the F*** I got totally ripped off and will be protesting out front until I get my money back! More
