Great! I have bad credit and even with that they helped my wife and I get a vehicle she loves. We went to this dealer for a MAZDA5 and we test drove it and loved it. We weren't going to have the money to put down on it for a few days because we were waiting for our taxes. We were told that we needed and loved it. We weren't going to have the money to put down on it for a few days because we were waiting for our taxes. We were told that we needed to sign a contract in order to make sure they didn't sell the car. Low and below when we called a few days later to get it they had sold it anyways. They said that without money down they are free to sell it but yet I have no idea why I needed to sign the contract then. Also beware that this dealer has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer Beware! More

WORST EXPERIENCE. Like others I made the mistake of inquiring about a vehicle the advertised on the internet. I also made the mistake of not checking the BBB rating prior to contact. After I seen the ratings and complaints, I contacted the BOY that I had spoken with and told him I was no longer interested doing ANY business, and infact talked to the finanace manager Mike Simmons and told him the same thing! His reply was "23 complaints is not bad"! In what world? regardless. received another 5 calls from other sales guys. Left a message for general manager Dewayne, still kept receiving calls. blocked the cell phone calls and receive calls from other sales guys! What idiots. Do they think being unorganized is professional. Or persistance is enduring? What a joke. Seriously that can't think that being annoying is going to make ANYONE want to do business with them? More

I had to pay the registration fee of $175 at the time of the sale, but Sullivan's kept the money and did not send it on to the DMV.
