Gave me my Jeep with less than a gallon of gas. Not detailed. Complained to the manager and I had to bring it back 2 weeks later for a detail. I had to drive across town to the bank to fix my number email and home address to be able to make a payment on the loan and update my info. I never received the paperwork from the bank on where/how to make the payment. They also provided the DMV with my incorrect information and took 2 months to get my proper license plate. I took my Jeep to Cobblestone for an oil change and said there was less than a quart of oil in the Jeep. They said they’re surprised my engine still ran. Another customer I met at Sullivan, bought his vehicle that day and broke down and just had it towed back. Sullivan motors said they could schedule an appointment to fix his vehicle weeks out. He had to complain to the manager to get them to work on the vehicle he just bought that day. More

This dealership offered a wide variety of different used SUV’s for my Wife and I to choose from. I traded in my sports car being there’s a baby on the way.
