I was able to test drive several trucks and take the truck to my own mechanic for inspection. Pricing negotiations were straightforward--no surprises. Paperwork was a snap. I was promised a 2nd key to the truck and a full tank of gas. We were in too much of a hurry to wait for the gas, and the service dept couldn't make the spare key, so we will get it from our local Ford dealership, and SMC is covering the costs. Definitely worth a visit to SMC--ask for Ziggy! More
