I recently had my Yukon serviced at Sullivan/Parkhill. I have to say that Mark from the service department was excellent. He communicated several times during the two days keeping me completely updated. Because there were several warranty repairs Mark had to communicate with GMC several times to get approvals. Ultimately, all repairs were completed and done quickly. Mark is what I would describe as a “professional” service provider. He is one of the best I’ve experienced.

I would recommend Sullivan-Parkhill Chevrolet to anyone for a purchase or repair. I do not worry about the job not being done right but I wish it did cost less but such are the times. Went in for used vehicle, was offered 5900 less for my trade, which was 3900 less than kelly blue book trade in value. Were treated like we were young and naive. They also tried to change the list price by saying it was cash only price and said since we were trying to finance, the price would be 3000 more so a vehicle that was listed at 20990 was now 28987 after they upped the price and added in my negative equity. The trade in offer they gave us was $10,000. Retail value for my car is $17,270. SO that is a 7000 profit before they add their profit from the sale of the vehicle. I walked out and said I will never be back and will tell everyone I know to do the same. They are very shady and do not care about their customers.

Thanks for having a dialogue with us about your experience, I am glad that we were able to realize that there was not an actual price change, rather we listed the KBB value of our car for reference on the paperwork. I hope that in discussing and realizing that while the trade value may have been $3900 below KBB, our price on our vehicle was also $3700 below KBB, we were able to eliminate some of your concerns. Sorry we weren't able to make a deal with you.
