I am sorry you felt i was rude for sure was not trying to be or intentions. We will change our process and not install parts our customers bring to us. Our offer will always be good for you to install factory parts for cost and not charge you labor and credit the money you paid to put your aftermarket parts on. Just for the lack of communication of what it would look like when completed. We should have informed you that it would not look good with out the factory brackets, wiring, and hitch.
