I was there for THREE (3) hours and the salesman couldn't give me the price of the vehicle he was trying to push on me, nor what the finance rate was. He kept saying "I don't know, I'll go check" and disappear for 1/2 hour at a time and each time he never came back with the information I asked for........ It was only when I was about to walk out on the deal that I was taken into a back room where the "finance manager" was....... and let me tell you he was NO BETTER. This place is a JOKE!!!!! Not even sure how they have a business license.... I also plan to notify the Better Business Bureau Don't even waste your time stopping here, you will get jerked around like you would never believe. Also, they pulled my credit 13 separate TIMES!!!!!!!! Thanks a lot. It is my mission to make sure EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER BUYS from nor even STOPS at Mt. Clemens KIA EVER!!!! and you know how bad reviews go..... the 20 people I know will pass it on to 20 other people they know. Good luck keeping your business alive. I am sure this place "prays" on unsuspecting customers all day long. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
