I was more than pleased that Subaru of El Cajon approved the full repair of an ignition malfunction issue even though we were 2 mths. outside of the warranty window. Additionally, we were provided a loaner car to use while the repair was waiting approval from the District office over the holidays. This whole experience made us feel valued and taken care of. Sam Alsaigh helped me to arrange all repairs. I had a problem with catalytic converter. I was covered buy the warranty. He provided me with transportation several times.
