I showed up Without a appt and was greeted very professionally and was told I’d have to wait 2 hours and was asked if he could get me a Uber,Lyft ??? I didn’t mind the wait so I sat myself on their professionally and was told I’d have to wait 2 hours and was asked if he could get me a Uber,Lyft ??? I called at least six times this week for service. .even spoke to the Service Manager who said he would call back..well, that was two days ago! Still waiting!!! This place is pathetic!!! I came when the service department was very busy without an appointment. Everyone was very accommodating. I only came there to get new windshield wipers before the predicted heavy rain . Don’t recommend. Dealership told me to bring my car in to correct a recall and it would only take 3-4 hours. I brought it in and waited 5-6 hours. I was expecting a call back but it never came and a hour before closing I decided to call..after calling 8x without a answer the dealership closed and left me without a car for the night with no heads up. I had to call an additional 10x the next morning to even get an update on my car which still wasn’t ready until that afternoon. Got my car back with less gas then I had left it with. More
