My Subaru Forester was in for a oil change, lube, tire rotation and a 21 point inspection. The service was completed I less the an hour. The service agent said that everything was fine. Went I arrived h rotation and a 21 point inspection. The service was completed I less the an hour. The service agent said that everything was fine. Went I arrived home, I received a text message saying that my air and cabin filters were in the RED category. I was very concerned and called the service department. Another service agent said that I can change them at my next service. I was not happy with this kind of communication. I should have been told about the filters when I was there and given the opportunity to replace them during this service. Everything else was great More
