Josh Summers took care of us from the time we arrived. He was not high pressure, which I DO NOT like. He was very friendly, and helpful. I also want to mention that Daniel Gonzalez was very helpful and knew his job inside & out. I mentioned to him that I would be selling my Dodge Ram that evening once we finished up there at Subaru. I asked him about how to fill out the bill of sale, and before I could finish the question he handed me what I would need and what to do! Thank you Daniel!! Everyone was great down to the gentleman who handed me the keys. I talked to Josh on the phone a couple of day after the sale, and he immediately cleared up one of my questions. Angel was very helpful with my Android Audio problem. I couldn't bring the OEM cord (it was at work). He did his due diligence to get it done with the cord I provided! Aces Angel! Since I couldn't leave the recommendation blank, I selected yes. The Sales team was great. The Finance Manager never returned my call reference the extended warranty I didn't realize I was purchasin selected yes. The Sales team was great. The Finance Manager spent an abundance of time explaining the windshield replacement option and the pre-purchased service package, but little was said about the SAS (extended warranty). I asked twice if I had to have everything on the cost sheet, to which he answered, yes, it was dealer installed. Perhaps I should have pinpointed and asked about the SAS, but I assumed it was equipment that was installed. Regardless, he never returned my call and that was two weeks ago. It felt underhanded the way it was handled especially considering the cost ($3,500)! This alone cast a shadow over your operation - the courtesy of a call was the least that should have been done. More
