Very helpful and courteous service staff I went to Subaru El Cajon for my first oil change service, and my service representative was very attentive and helpful. He checked on me a few times, I went to Subaru El Cajon for my first oil change service, and my service representative was very attentive and helpful. He checked on me a few times, even asking if I need water. Even though they were busy, their customer service was tops. The waiting lounge and bathroom were also clean. The TV sound a little bit on the loud side, but it was a cooking class so I was still able to concentrate on my reading. Overall, it was a great experience. More

My only complaints is in the vehicle itself... that I needed a new battery after inly 47, 000 miles. I bought a suburu because it's great reputation of reliability so this was a bit disappointing.
