I went there for an air bag recall in the steering wheel and when I picked up the car the XM radio didn’t work. They had me drop the car off and they had it for most of the day. They called me and said tha and when I picked up the car the XM radio didn’t work. They had me drop the car off and they had it for most of the day. They called me and said that it was t their fault and if I wanted I could pay 450 for a diagnostic check. I told them my 2013 Buick with 77k miles Never had an issue ever, until I brought it to them. Everything worked fine until they touched my car. Manager came out, basically told me it’s not there problem and sent me packing. Considering I bought 2 cars from them I thought they would give me better service than that. Very disappointed. More
