Went in for an oil change & came out with a new Terrain. So, I now have a lovely 2019 Terrain. There was no pressure tactics or back and forth games. Easiest buy I've ever made. Thank you Tatiana for ALL your help. I had to return a couple of times for further guidance with the newer technology but she was there every step of the way so I could feel comfortable and secure with driving the car. She took her time going over all the details that were easier shown than having to read every detail and helped me sync my phone and start up "On Star" and "Xirius Radio". Now I'm a second time, proud owner of a GMC Terrain. I was very happy with my previous 2013 so I'm confident that I'll love my 2019 updated version that has some wonderful changes and additions that work so well for me and my wife. More
