Our consultant Mitch was professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and a true human being. Mitch provided us with a test drive in multiple vehicles, helped us decide which vehicle would better serve our needs and introduced us to Kevin a sales manager. Kevin was a true professional, provided a completely transparent transaction without playing any games there were no hidden fees or numbers. Everything about our interaction with the sales department at Sun was easy and probably the best car buying experience. We were never pressured into making a decision to buy a vehicle or lease any specific vehicle. There was no back and forth with numbers and everything was fully explained and displayed. The finance manager was Joseph Gillespie and again everything was fully disclosed and explained. Another true gentleman and human being who took the time to explain and disclose all the finance details. Everyone listened to our needs and helped us with a smile. We would recommend Sun to all. More

He was patient, and sincere while dealing with me. I am a retired teacher and my forte is not in technology. When he asked me for my cell phone number..I panicked! As I got into my new ENCORE, my husband told me to "pay attention"..meaning, listen to everything Rob would be telling me about all the knobs on the dash board. And I thought I had, until I couldn't figure out how to release the emergency brake..to leave the lot, in my new car!! As I drove off, I remembered Rob's last words to me.."If you need anything, if you have a question about the car, anything at all..don't hesitate to call or email me. I will get back to you."
