The process was a nice experience. Even when they were signing the paper work their finance guy Dann G was a pleasure to deal with. AGAIN no pressure to purchase any options, but he did suggest what he would use. considering mom and dad are very active they decided to take the OnStar package. I would highly recommend SUN GROUP. Especially, Andrew Nagor and Dann G. They make not only purchasing a vehicle easy they make it an experience!!!! Straight Forward I went to Sun based on an ad on TV. Rich explained to me that Sun did not have this vehicle, only premium AWD Encores. He did not try to pressure me i I went to Sun based on an ad on TV. Rich explained to me that Sun did not have this vehicle, only premium AWD Encores. He did not try to pressure me in any way and i explained we were not buying that day. Rich gave me all the scenarios and I said we'd be back. We returned, the deal Rich presented was still valid and we signed the papers. I also dealt with Joe, and again very honest. SUN was first class all the way.
