This is by far the worst dealership experience I ever had. I flew down to look at a car, and they knew this, so when I wanted to negotiate the price I was told "either by the car or fly home". Their website listed that the car had active park assist, but when I called out that it didn't I was told "well if the website is wrong all I can really say is I'm sorry". You could also not lie to your customers/make things right, but maybe I was just raised differently. But rest assured, I was told by Brian that "I know what I got", his words verbatim. When I brought up the KBB and Edmunds excellent, not even fair, value of the car was still at least two grand lower than the list price I was told "you can look at any car on my lot, not a single one is priced below KBB value", so just know that they are ripping you off with price, they know it, and at least Brian is outwardly proud of it. I will be filling a BBB report with them. Feel free to let him know that I told you about him. More

Sales person Chase was excellent. All went well until the dealer manager turned over my car to the transport person without getting paperwork, a signed release or any ID from the carrier.
