Sold my car to a friend & wanted to cancel my gap insurance for a refund. Had the pink slip in my hand when going to Sunlands finance department 11/16/20. Spoke with Josh, finance manager 5 days ago who said he would call me. Ive called him 4x this week, no luck. Today (1/30/21) my friend that bought my car received a $2300 refund check for MY GAP INSURANCE ! Fortunately I know her and she is cashing it for me. WHAT IF I DIDNT KNOW THE NEW OWNER PERSONALLY ?!!? That money would have been GONE! This finance department is INCOMPETENT! More

A very good job was done replacing the broken light fixture. Russell Moss made sure the repair was done quickly and I was in and out in a short period of time.
