I brought my Ram 2500 in for service and had a terrible experience. They quoted me $3,300 for transmission oil pan/filter replacement, fluid change, full brake job, and radiator flush—far above reasonable experience. They quoted me $3,300 for transmission oil pan/filter replacement, fluid change, full brake job, and radiator flush—far above reasonable pricing. When I pointed out their own brake coupon for $204.95, they ignored it. They charged $330 for Mopar part 68225344AA, which sells online for $217–$235, and billed me for rear brakes that were never done. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of honesty and transparency. I had to argue with them on the pricing and call out the fact that they did not perform the rear brake service. If you value fair pricing and integrity, avoid Sunland Park Ram. More
