As I sat waiting, anticipating a $300+ bill, I noticed Alan on the phone and computer more than usual during a busy morning. After a short time, he came over with the bill in hand, and explained that he had done more research, and determined that I owed nothing! The materials and labor were covered by warranty! The entire staff - sales, service, and billing is extremely courteous and professional. Their prices are very competitive. More
