Sunnyside Acura

My husband and I had done extensive research on AWD and 4 wd suv's, and were impressed with the Acura MDX. We were disappointed that the Volvo XC90 that we bought in the spring could not make it up our steep wd suv's, and were impressed with the Acura MDX. We were disappointed that the Volvo XC90 that we bought in the spring could not make it up our steep driveway, even though it was called an AWD vehicle. We decided that we needed to trade it in immediately, as we absolutely need a vehicle that can function in severe weather conditions, and can go anywhere. Also, our dirt road is one of the last in our town to get plowed, so we often have to drive before the road is plowed at all. We had never been to Sunnyside Acura before, and we were greated by Kayhan at the door. He understood our issue, and started working out a trade-in deal for us right away. He was very confident that the MDX would serve our needs. Within an hour, he had figured out what we would get for trade-in value, how much cash we were able to put down, and how much we would have to finance. We didn't feel rushed into a sale or pressured at all. Kayhan showed us a 2009 MDX that we loved. We went back the next day and told him we'd like to put the car through its paces! This included us driving up and down our own driveway, stopping and starting in an unplowed parking lot, and driving in an unplowed field! It was no problem for this great car! We were away with the car for nearly 2 hours, which was not a problem for this dealership at all. Kayhan greated us when we got back and we proceeded to "seal the deal". We were happy with everything about buying this used car. As you can see above, we had no reservations or concerns with how we were treated by Kayhan. We even had a bit of fun and some laughs with him, and it seemed as though we had met a car salesman that we could really relate to on many levels. My CRV was delivered to me as if it had just come off the assembly line. Many salesman make you feel like you are just part of a quota to reach - not Wally. Within minutes of meeting him you tell what kind of a person he is and how he cares about each of his customers.
