Purchased a Denali 71K vechicle. First 6 months had an issue - 3 years later same issue - I have asked the Service Manager to call me - He just blew me off. I was shocked today when I got a call in an hour after we dropped off my vehicle. That it was ready. Usually an oil change or a repair I had a month or so back that took all day.( both) Oil change and rear dropped off my vehicle. That it was ready. And your service tech (Mr. Ken) needs some personality training. He is a grouch. Little nice goes a long way in my book. More
