I took my vehicle in at 7am, 4/23 and went home. I called at 1pm and didn’t get an answer from my rep. Called back at 2 and my keys are on his desk. A fuse had to be changed. When I got there, I asked him about the squeaking noise in my vehicle. He said it was the engine mount and it would cost a little over a $1000 to replace. Yet I have a friend who’s well versed in cars and said those mounts were around $30 a piece. I don’t appreciate having to pay $180.21 for a fuse that was only $18.98, having to wait 7 hours for my vehicle and being told $80 worth of parts will put me back $1000 More
