Total rip off. I took my truck in for and oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to check my freon because my a/c was blowing hot air. Well, I take it back and guess what it’s my fault and here comes another $2000.00. I’m like no way! I’m done with Collierville and Chevrolet. More

It is obvious by the behaviors of its service advisor that the leadership at this dealership creates an environment that is not customer centric and that is hostile towards it customers. My experience w that the leadership at this dealership creates an environment that is not customer centric and that is hostile towards it customers. My experience was not only one of the worst service experiences I’ve personally had at any business but the advisor was outwardly aggressive. To sum up my experience, the service advisor was argumentative, disrespectful and lacked empathy. Further, the service advisor went out of his way to prove me wrong and advised that when I can’t find the receipt to call him to apologize in an attempt to mock me. Very bizarre interaction. I quickly found the receipt and promptly returned showing the transaction in question which appeared to frustrate the advisor more. He provided the least amount of service possible and obviously was put out by my presence, hurried me out deferring all questions to another company. It truly was a horrible experience and for this to be even possible to this degree my experience tells me that these behaviors start at the top. I personally hold the leadership accountable for fostering this type of environment. In addition, when waiting behind another customer I overheard the same advisor say “we’re going to have to agree to disagree.” I could only imagine what this customer endured... More

This is my only means of transportation and I can’t keep affording to leave it for the same issue. I purchased this vehicle new expecting not to have these type of issues so soon on basically a new vehicle.
