I caution anyone wanting to buy from this dealership. Very dishonest and you cannot trust anything they promise you. I put $5000 deposit down for the first allocation of a Corvette Z06 more than a year Very dishonest and you cannot trust anything they promise you. I put $5000 deposit down for the first allocation of a Corvette Z06 more than a year ago. The signed contract with my deposit clearly states that I will be the first person to get the car if and when they get their first allocation. This was black and white on the contract and receipt of deposit AND confirmed by the GM. New GM joins the dealership and I made sure to introduce my self and he confirmed that I will be the first person to get the allocation when it comes in. I check in with them almost every month by stopping in to get the latest. My most recent visit in late Feb was a huge surprise (in a bad way). I knew that Z06 were being delivered and went into the dealership asking with hope of new allocation. I normally talk to the GM (Dominick) but he was off so I spoke to another salesman. He tells me that the dealership has one allocation and an order was placed with production. It should be here in next 2-3 months. I was a bit surprised as I would have been notified to confirm my configuration. I called the GM (Dominick) immediately on his cell phone and his response was “oh, no one told you? You cannot get the allocation and we are refunding you $5000 deposit. The owner of the dealership wants to keep the car for himself”. This happened after they kept my $5000 deposit for more than a year, my continuous engagement with them every 1-2 months and when they finally get an allocation, they make up some excuse to screw over a customer. I know they can sell the car for well above MSRP and made this excuse to make more money. It is these type of stealerships that destroy the brand equity of GM. So sad to see as GM invest so much money in R&D to build this world class sports car (finally) and it is these type of experience that will kill it. Take your money elsewhere. GM has lost a customer forever. More
Leased a car two months ago and still don't have the license plates. Dealership never returns phone calls or emails. I have a car that I'm unable to drive now. Absolutely the worst - take your business license plates. Dealership never returns phone calls or emails. I have a car that I'm unable to drive now. Good-looking dealership, Nice array of vehicles. Inquiries online were quickly auto-replied by email, phone call was promptly returned the next day. Sadly, that's where the professionalism turns off Inquiries online were quickly auto-replied by email, phone call was promptly returned the next day. Sadly, that's where the professionalism turns off.. Apparently in NY, it's acceptable to market vehicle "prices" as a deflated, fake amount; which is then to be [adjusted per a separate amount mentioned in another clause of fine print]. I spoke with sales guy Chris about an SUV, and extra add-ons, only to later find out the listed price (on their website, Autotrader, and other used websites) was a lie. AKA - The listed and advertised "Price" you see does NOT include the [fine print] "Down payment" [of $2500-2995]. Disclosing variable fees (to include tax, tag, title, testing, etc) is fine, but it's Plainly Deceptive (bait and switch) Dirty Advertising to Not Disclose the true/real Sale price, anywhere! This is the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to. They sold me a lemon I bought it back not even a week they said they fixed it less than a month to all went from 100% to 11% now and the engine light They sold me a lemon I bought it back not even a week they said they fixed it less than a month to all went from 100% to 11% now and the engine light is on I’m tired. This place is a total rip off. I was told to bring the car to service this morning at 7 AM. The people that work here are rude and disrespectful, I was talking to the service guy. He told me he didn’t wanna hear it to get in the back of the line like everybody else. I am going on the radio and blast. This place is horrible. The sales rep took my ID my drivers license home with him I don’t know what kind of scam the running , but I know they cars are trash. More
