I previously gave a rating and a customer care representative contacted me while she was very accommodating The service manager still remained nasty and unapologetic for the extremely awful servic representative contacted me while she was very accommodating The service manager still remained nasty and unapologetic for the extremely awful service experience with the first time owning a Volkswagen. I was left two months with no phone calls know anything for a brand new vehicle that I had just purchased for a part that was supposedly on back order, I did not hear from them for two months extremely rude when I picked it up the first thing and only thing they were concerned about was if I had gas in the rental, I was given a car wash coupon to go have my brand new car washed myself. It was the worst experience I have ever had in the 30 years of owning vehicles so once again we’re at the end where like I said, the customer service for Volkswagen reached out and did negotiate with me however the service manager still remained extremely rude and unapologetic. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership if it were the last dealership on the Earth watch out because if you spend a large amount of money and need any kind of work on your vehicle you will be treated horribly More
