My issue was solved. I was able to get on schedule that worked for me. Also I was able to use the wifi to continue with my work while I waited for the diagnose. He Got me in and scheduled quick, I didn't have to wait too long as mechanics were on time. Scott was very professional, polite and explained everything in laymen's terms so I could understand .
