This place ripped me off like no other. Sold me a car for way over value, but I knew this going in. I’m new to the area and paid extra at a “reputable dealership” . A day after I bought it I discovered a huge oil leak. After over a week of back and forth, I was able to get it in at their cost to look at it. It’ was a rear main seal leak. $3,900.00 repair on a car I was told when I bought it, “went through service”. The service writer verified that the car had NEVER been through the shop. They wouldn’t have passed it. They wanted to “split” the cost of the $3,900.00 repair, and then even offered for me to JUST pay $1,000.00. I understand buying a used car is “as is”, and I just wanted to either get my vehicle back (highly unlikely), or just put what I paid or close to it on another vehicle. Nope. I was told by the GM there, last name Eagle, he doesn’t “undo” deals. He didn’t have any trucks worth driving in my price range so I went next door to their “sister” dealership, Sunrise Ford. I found a vehicle there and they moved heaven and earth to make me the best deal possible. This clown at the Volkswagen place only gave them $5,800 on a car he had just sold for $13,000 a week or so before. A car that the dealership lied to me about. I would have been fine if they had given me another $3,000-4000 on it. I would have split the difference with them although I was lied to. But no,, I would like to say that the sales manager Antonio and the Finance guy Cameron are extremely nice, hard working honest guys. I feel sorry for them. So now you know. “Buyer Beware”. More
