A very bad experience with sales person, sales manager Art and no return call from GM Jamie. Service manager couldn't tell me what the wheel offset was. He said 0. Turns out 44 offset. Sales person didn't return a call to explain functions in my new truck. No manual for truck. They said it's down loaded in truck. I need the truck runnimg to access manual. It's not even for my model truck. I called today with questions. On hold for 10 minutes. Would not recommend this dealership More

I purchased a used car from sunrise. I financed less than half of the value through the dealership. The next day I got better financing through my credit union and sent a check for the b I financed less than half of the value through the dealership. The next day I got better financing through my credit union and sent a check for the balance. Long story short, they had already moved the loan to an outside bank and didn’t have the courtesy to let me know. So a month later I am getting collection calls from the bank because sunrise decided to sit on the check and not tell anybody. Now I have to get the check and pay to have it cancelled, change the financing through my credit union, have to go through the financing application again and send a check for more money to the bank. When I called to talk to sunrise, they ran me through the entire phone system, took my number and said the manager would call me back. Nothing. Not a word from them. Stay away from sunrise ford like they have the plague!! When you hear stories about slimey used car dealers- sunrise ford is who they are talking about!! Do yourself a favor and go to any other ford dealer!! More
