Buyer beware. Money for a trade in wont be given when you leave the lot, and they won’t tell you that until you are signing paperwork for your new car. Bought a ca Money for a trade in wont be given when you leave the lot, and they won’t tell you that until you are signing paperwork for your new car. Bought a car on Dec 30th. They still haven’t paid off my trade in and I am getting late payment calls from the bank that owns title. In addition, there is a $7000 difference that they need to send me. When we called and tried to find out what’s going on, they said “ we have 21 days to pay off your car and longer to send you the check”. Huh? Do yourself a favor and sell your car to Carmax or trade in and buy a car from ANY other dealer as none of this sounds above board. More
