Total time wasting. I receive a offer trough Capital One for one of the vehicles on this dealer $2500 cheaper than the price advertised on the Sunrise Ford website, I ca I receive a offer trough Capital One for one of the vehicles on this dealer $2500 cheaper than the price advertised on the Sunrise Ford website, I call the dealer to check the availability and Daisy Santiago told me the car it’s available to check and sale on the same day if I wanted and we scheduled an appointment for the same day at 1pm, I asked about the better price I get from Capital and she say the dealer will honor the Capital One price, after the call I receive another call, one message and one email all that just to confirm that I would go today to take a look at it and… surprise when we get at the dealer another salesperson told us the vehicle was not available because it had to be take to the bodyshop to fix small dings and scratches so we just walked away with our business to elsewhere so I it's better for them to waste people's time than close deals. Business run by lies have no future. More
