Another 2 hrs go by and I'm finally getting my car on a tow truck. Today will be the 8th day my car has been at Ford. I called on the 4th day to get an update but couldn't get a hold of Mark, so I left a message. Still no word this Monday (7th day) so I cal back. This is the response I get, "hold on let me check... the technician is just now looking at it I'll give you a call back later with an update. He never called! More

Great experience with the Service Dept. Eric McCown was very helpful and came through for me on very short notice. I have a 2012 Expedition, and the clips that hold the plastic molding aroun Eric McCown was very helpful and came through for me on very short notice. I have a 2012 Expedition, and the clips that hold the plastic molding around the driver seat (which contains all the seat controls) broke and was hanging off. I drove over to Sunrise Ford on a Saturday morning, not expecting it to get fixed, but at least they could see what was needed and schedule an appointment for me. I asked him if I could get an appointment on a weekend, since it is hard for me to get over to Sunrise Ford as it is not the closest dealer to me. Eric checked to see if they had the parts in stock and was able to have it fixed within 3 hours. That kind of service is the reason I go out of my way to take my vehicle to Sunrise Ford.
