This is my 2nd time purchasing from Sunrise Toyota North after working with Ralston for many years. Everyone helped me make informed decisions and the purchase was seamless from start to finish. My salesman, Ralston, even followed up the next day which I appreciated. Great experience buying a new minivan. I heard Sienna's were hard to buy new and take a long time. We started shopping on Monday, Labor Day and drove it home on Friday, 9/12/25. But happy to say this wasn't the case with Sunrise Toyota North. We spent a couple of hours sharing with Ralston Dunn what we wanted in a minivan (including our budget). Then, we left it up to him to find exactly what we asked for. Ralston was honest, thorough and spent time to show us all functions of the Sienna. Michael at Finance was amazing too.
