Our experience at Sunrise Toyota North was without compare. Ralston was so honest and knowledgeable! Every little question we had he knew like the back of his hand. This was the first time I’ve ever leased a car and he made it unbelievably easy— we test drove our car and took it home within a few hours of stepping in the dealership. Ralston even walked us through all of the features and information on the dash display so we knew what we were looking at instead of needing to play with everything on our own. This was such a great experience, for all of our future car needs we’ll be going to Ralston! More

I do not accept changes readily, so when introduced to the hybrid, I totally blocked my mind, not to mention when I heard plugin, I could not wrap my head around the idea. I was able to test drive the traditional, the hybrid and the hybrid plug in. I could feel the difference in the performance instantly but was still hesitant. Even when told how much mileage I would get per gallon. I wanted to just run and hug my old RAV4. I was adamant I wanted a blueprint RAV4 premium. But there was a blueprint Hybrid Plugin. I left the dealership disappointed. I called Ralston several times for him to explain how the Hybrid Plug in work and he was patient with his explanation, he did not push, he just pointed out the benefits. Well, I am now driving a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid Plugin (yes, I took the plunge) and it is a beautiful car and the performance Wow!!!!. Not to mention my car was delivered to my driveway. Did not have to make the trip back to Middle Neck. Now that is what I call service. Ralston Dunn you rock. Toyota Middle Island, I will be back. More
