They only worked on my car for 2 hours after wasting time and just looking at it for another 2 hours and charged me 700$ in labor . The owner is also unprofessional and thought he was slick deleting mine and my mother's reviews off his page. More

Long time Toyota owner and client of the Sunrise familly My wife and I walked into Sunrise Toyota to prepare a future lease on a Tacoma. John saw us in the parking lot and came out to visit us. He introduced My wife and I walked into Sunrise Toyota to prepare a future lease on a Tacoma. John saw us in the parking lot and came out to visit us. He introduced himself and proceeded to assist us in questions we had on used and new Tacoma's. John sat with us to run some numbers and when he was done my wife and I were saying we may not be able to do this. John asked what is it we wanted. My wife and I explained the monthly payment along with a great buy out at the end would probably do the trick. Well John worked his magic and not only got us a great monthly rate for a new Tacoma but showed us a fantastic buyout at the end if we choose. John was friendly and a great salesman. He also had a fantastic management team behind him lead by Lou DeFillippo in helping the deal come together. Even when we met the financial person Marty where we thought we had a hiccough, Lou was there to explain and assist us in understanding further details of the closing procedure thus solidifying the deal. I have dealt with Lou in the past on two sales and now with John. All I can say is that this is the first time I was left speechless, since my wife told me she was pregnant, that they were able to complete this deal in less than 5 hours. They took back my current lease and exchanged my plates and had me out the door with my new Tacoma all on a Saturday. Kudos to Sunrise Toyota for having such wonderful employee's. More
