Just setting up my appointment was a nightmare with Alex ( she was incredibly rude). I brought my car in to be serviced for an oil change there, figuring why not, its close. but i would much rather go thru Riverhead Toyota from now on!!. After waitng almost 2 hours for a simple oil change, i was contacted 2 days later by the service manager asking if a key had been left in my car by the tech. I unfortunately found the key wedged in my passenger seat and console, when trying to call to return the key. was put on hold mutiple times, just to be told they need the key asap with no regard for my schedule and what i needed to do. Never Again! More

Talk about great service In short, my wife and I were long time Toyota owners, having leased or owned Toyotas off and on since 1997. When we moved to Suffolk our first "new" T In short, my wife and I were long time Toyota owners, having leased or owned Toyotas off and on since 1997. When we moved to Suffolk our first "new" Toyota was purchased at Middle Island Toyota which is now called Sunrise Toyota North. On December 7th, our 2014 Toyota Corolla was totaled and we were now in need of a new vehicle and fast. Having dealt with another Toyota dealership which we weren't happy with, we decided to give the Middle Island location a shot after our positive experiences there years ago and a friend's recommendation. We are simple people with a simple budget...we wanted a Corolla and we needed to sign and drive in one day if at all possible. Mark made that possible. Unbeknownst to us, Innovation Toyota, as of yesterday, was now called Sunrise Toyota North. Their network computers weren't up and running 100% and they didn't have DMV capabilities yet but that didn't stop Mark and staff from making our day. After handling the paperwork particulars, Mark personally took a drive to Sunrise Toyota in Oakdale to pick up our plates and registration, sitting in traffic for upwards of 45 minutes. Granted it was a long evening but Mark and the staff at Sunrise Toyota North made a stressful experience over the last 2 weeks, a delight. I definitely recommend Mark and this dealership and I wish them well as Sunrise Toyota North. More
