Came in for oil change and diagnosis. Diagnosis came back as a bad front assist censor. $4500 price tag. Driving my car today the censor works perfectly fine the error light has not come on. They knew we were possibly interested in trading in the car. I feel that may have affected the outcome of the diagnosis. The wait time was too long. We also schedule to have someone look at my car for trade in value, but the service person said they would only do that if we started the process of buying a car. We spoke to the person who was scheduled to give us a trade in value and she wonder why we had not come in as scheduled. We explained what happened. She was prepared to look at the car so the service person was wrong. An overall bad experience. More

I sent an email about a car I was interested in only for Rebecca to tell me they were not open. I called and they were in fact open. Please avoid this dealership. They charge you for LoJack without knowledge then they don’t even install the product. Trying to get ahold of anyone after the sale is a complete nightmare. You call service to get LoJack installed only to be put back through to sales and no one will answer. What a sham they are running! It took 2.5 weeks just for them to email the bill of sale to show what my fees were! They sell you a car that is CPO only to find out the buyer has to pay for that?!? I’ve always bought Hondas and never paid separately for the CPO warranty! Still waiting on any information regarding the installation of the LoJack after 3 weeks. There’s so much more I could write that’s awful! Buyer Beware!!! More
