The price of the vehicle was falsely advertised on the Internet. $17K lower than the actual price! After taking the vehicle for a test ride, we sat down to have credit pulled after we worked out a price f Internet. $17K lower than the actual price! Another salesperson was showing the vehicle to another customer and pressuring and rushing them to make a better offer before we could seal our deal. The finance department was trying to xxxx us with the interest rate. We have over 700 credit score and they offered 15% interest rate and when I said, 'no, I will pay cash' all of a sudden it was 12%. When I still said, 'no, I will pay cash' all of a sudden it was 7%. Such a joke. After giving them a cashiers check, they delivered the vehicle to my home, which is over two hours away, without any paperwork and without a temporary tag. So we weren't even able to drive the vehicle until they delivered a temporary tag the next day. It's been two weeks now and I still don't have copies of the paperwork that I signed, including the buyers order after multiple requests to the dealership. The worst experience ever. More
