Slow start but good finish! There were very busy, and it took a while to be greeted and finally checked in at 9:45 for a 9:30 appointment. So I went across the street to get a bagel and coffee, as I was almost done eating they called me and said my car was ready. This was 10:30, so I was very happy on the speed of service and will be back. OH bye the way when I got there I had another free coffee in the costumer waiting room for the trip home. More
