Simple I have to say the process at GMC in the beginning was a nightmare. We were passed through 3 sales men and neither one of them were able to follow thr I have to say the process at GMC in the beginning was a nightmare. We were passed through 3 sales men and neither one of them were able to follow through with us on purchasing a vehicle. It took me 3 weeks and I also tried going to Cox Chevrolet and they couldn't sell me a vehicle either. Somehow they were making it so complicated. I finally went to Mark Fisk and said please help me, all I want to do is write you a check and buy a vehicle. It seems to be a very difficult process for all the other sales people (4 total that I previously went to). I literally sat in Mark Fisks office 10 min, he ordered my vehicle that I specked out and I gave him a deposit. 10 minutes and he could get it done! My Tahoe came in, it was beautiful! there was a slight problem with the truck, the factory messed up on one of my requirements but as important as it was to me I didn't want to go through this process again and wait another 6 weeks for my Tahoe. I contacted Mark the day after Christmas, he encouraged my wife to stop in and see him, and she drove home in the vehicle we purchased two days later. Our family counts the Geyer and Dickinson families as close friends, so buying a car from the Sunset Group was basically a given. I've never really enjoyed the car buying experience too much, but with the year-end promotions available, the pressing need to replace an old vehicle we had bought in 2001 (at Sunset Chevrolet), and dealing with Mark, this was a very nice experience. More
