Disappointed again! I purchased my Buick with extra coverage so the worry of costly repair would not hinder my life. The first repair went well and included a complaint of water on the floor. Recently I brought it in and the repair only cost me $60.00 Now once again there is water staining the carpet. Due to health reasons the car was not used often. When I complained about the odomitor I was told to push a button and it would work. Well I am pushing that button every time I use it. Is this what you call repaired? I am on a fixed income and now am afraid I'll be told the water leak will cost me more out of pocket. Please advise me what to do concerning these issues. In contrast, Sunset actually seemed to understand that I wanted to gather information before making a buying decision. Kristen, my salesperson, did a great job showing me the Acadia on a test drive. And the sales manager actually introduced himself and thanked me for coming in to see it - no hard sell or insulting comments!
