We took our Mustang GT in for an engine overheating issue. After 3 weeks, (because the tech was out a few days, then he had to attend classes, blah blah blah) and nearly $1700, our engine still has the issue. After 3 weeks, (because the tech was out a few days, then he had to attend classes, blah blah blah) and nearly $1700, our engine still has the overheating issue. They did not solve the problem. They claimed the tech test drove the car and all was well. I told them from the VERY BEGINNING to test the fan. It doesn't come on to the high speed, only stays on low speed. But since the tech didn't check out why it wasn't coming on high speed, the car still overheats. All the work that the tech did was all excellent work, but unfortunately he did not resolve the issue. More

Had my car there about 2 weeks ago. I wanted 'the works' done & a noise checked out. I also needed a REAR taillight replaced. All said & done--they replaced the front blinker, which was perfectly good. Rear done & a noise checked out. I also needed a REAR taillight replaced. All said & done--they replaced the front blinker, which was perfectly good. Rear light still OUT. 'Actuator'--the noise in dash, went from $300 to $1200 job. I use to love bringing my car here. More
